Our salary algorithm
We set our salaries using an algorithm that takes into account the local cost of living where our staff work. We do this to ensure equity within our team and to make sure our staff’s basic needs are met with a little left over.
Note: We use this benefit structure for US staff and offer a similar structure to many non-US staff. However, these calculations may look different depending on the legal requirements of the country where you work.
